Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Technician to oversee, execute, and control construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and quality and safety requirements. Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality, and safety requirements. ***Position Open!*** We are seeking a Building Technician to oversee, execute, and control construction projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and quality and safety requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and coordinate infrastructure construction projects; \- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals across all project phases; \- Coordinate teams, monitor construction schedules, prepare budgets, and control material quality; \- Enforce regulatory standards to ensure the safety of workers involved in project construction; \- Prepare construction progress reports; \- Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and occupational safety standards; \- Assist in controlling materials, supplies, and outsourced services; \- Perform other duties related to this role. **Requirements:** We seek candidates who have completed a Technical Course in Building Construction, possess skills in reading and interpreting construction drawings, and have experience performing the described duties. **Working Hours:** To be determined. **Salary:** To be determined.
