Job Summary: Senior Tax Analyst responsible for tax calculation and analysis, ensuring legal compliance and application of benefits under the Regular Regime (Real Profit). Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to internal clients and knowledge dissemination As a **Senior Tax Analyst**, you will be responsible for calculating and analyzing the company's taxes, ensuring proper fulfillment of primary and secondary obligations in compliance with current legislation. You will act strategically in interpreting tax operations, applying tax benefits, and mitigating risks, with strong focus on the **Regular Regime (Real Profit)**. Responsibilities and Duties **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Perform ICMS, ICMS-ST/DIFAL, PIS, COFINS, IPI, and ISS calculation and sub-calculation; * Prepare and submit ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal and Contributions, DCTF, DCTF-Web, EFD Reinf, PER/DCOMP, GIA, DIME, among others); * Monitor tax regularity and track CNDs; * Continuously update yourself on federal, state, and municipal legislation; * Analyze tax operations (sales, purchases, registrations, and tax parameterizations); * Respond to official notices and audits by competent authorities; * Manage installment plans and regularly access e-CAC/DTE; * Support the accounting department in tax reconciliations; * Provide technical support to internal clients regarding legislation and fiscal issuance; * Contribute to disseminating technical knowledge across the team.
