




Responsible for activities related to supply management, ensuring the efficiency of the procurement process and meeting the company’s needs with quality and appropriate deadlines. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct the quotation request process, supplier analysis, and negotiation of commercial terms, ensuring optimal costs and delivery times are achieved; * Perform detailed ABC curve analysis and/or develop specific schedules for supply control, focusing on inventory optimization and reduction of operational costs; * Monitor material order status, identifying and resolving potential failures or unforeseen issues to ensure operational continuity; * Oversee materials management and internal logistics, working closely with production, inventory, and other departments; * Develop and implement continuous improvement processes aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving responsiveness to operational needs; * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the procurement process, presenting management reports and proposing corrective or optimization actions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Senior-level experience in materials management, procurement, and logistics, with a focus on cost reduction and process optimization; * Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory and procurement management tools; * Strong decision-making ability and experience managing multidisciplinary teams; * Experience in data and KPI analysis, with a results-oriented and continuous improvement focus. **Preferred qualifications:** * Advanced knowledge of negotiation techniques and strategic supplier management; * Experience in supply chain project management and implementation of integrated procurement/logistics systems.
