Description: * Hold a completed higher education degree, preferably in administration or accounting; * Knowledge and experience in purchasing processes, supplier registration and control; * Possess knowledge of invoices and taxation; * Previous experience in the purchasing area within the registration segment; * Experience with ERP systems is desirable. * Perform registration and updates of suppliers, products and services in the ERP system (Callisto and/or Senior); * Ensure the quality and integrity of registration data, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies; * Support purchasing and logistics teams with accurate and up-to-date data; * Review and validate fiscal and commercial documentation; * Participate in improvement and standardization processes for registrations within the Procurement department; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflows; * Assist in purchasing demands as required by the department. 2511230202461884459
