





Description: * Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields; * CPA10 certification; * Experience in financial institutions, especially in sales areas. * Contribute to studies on products and services, methods and processes through research, market studies, benchmarking and improvement mapping, aiming at the best commercialization strategy, delivery quality and operational results; * Support the development and monitoring of promotional campaigns for products and services in collaboration with the Communication and Marketing department, introducing new products into the portfolio and/or contributing to the maintenance of existing offerings; * Prepare diagnostic assessments of indicators and results related to products and services through reports, aiming to ensure portfolio quality; * Monitor the study and implementation of new products and services, analyzing member adoption to drive improved results; * Monitor the viability of the product and service portfolio through dashboards, reports, and member adoption data, enabling optimal solutions and outcomes for the Cooperative; * Contribute to studies, research, and market analysis by providing information to support decision-making regarding expansion into new geographic areas or the opening of new service units; * Participate in organizing events to share information and foster development among members and the community, strengthening relationships; * Develop specific training programs tailored to the needs of service units; * Implement training strategies: Identify areas for improvement and create training strategies to enhance the performance of service unit staff. 2511180202461537251
