As a **Product Analyst**, you will be responsible for supporting the development of real estate products, acting from land acquisition to project launch. Your role ensures coherence between the product concept, commercial strategy, and technical and aesthetic excellence of the projects. **Responsibilities and duties** **What to expect in your day-to-day:** * Monitor project delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Analyze architecture, interior, and landscape design projects, ensuring adherence to defined standards and product proposal. * Follow the development of real estate products, from initial studies to finalization of launch materials. * Analyze and monitor the delivery of sales materials, including images, digital models, and videos**, ensuring quality and consistency with the project concept. * Contribute improvement suggestions for products, seeking cost optimization, functionality, and increased project value. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Degree in Architecture **Desirable:** Experience in real estate product development **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail.
