Executing real estate launch campaigns, from briefing through campaign implementation and follow-up. Producing online and offline communication materials, safeguarding brand visual identity. Supporting email marketing content production, including property curation, copywriting, and dispatch. Monitoring campaign metrics and reports, identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing results. Participating in organizing and executing events and promotional activities at points of sale (POS). Managing supplier relationships, including requesting quotations, negotiating terms, and tracking delivery deadlines. Supporting internal marketing initiatives to reinforce organizational culture and employer branding, focusing on channels such as LinkedIn and internal communications. Contributing to budgetary control and analysis for the department, generating financial reports and presenting results. Collaborating with Sales, Agency, and HR departments to ensure consistency in internal and external communications.
