Description: In the Commercial Planning team at NSC TV, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Planning Analyst to directly work on creating and developing opportunities that connect brands and audiences in Santa Catarina. You will be responsible for designing commercial proposals and customized projects, with a special focus on DOOH (Digital Out of Home) media, leveraging the full potential of NSC's portfolio to generate impact in the local market. Responsibilities and duties: * Create and develop integrated commercial proposals for advertisers and agencies. * Identify business opportunities and trends in the DOOH segment, proposing innovative formats. * Adapt national projects to the reality and demands of the local market. * Prepare strategic and creative presentations for clients and partners. * Monitor performance and results of activations, providing learnings and insights for optimization. * Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure successful deliveries. Requirements and qualifications: * Experience, even brief, in planning, marketing, or advertising areas. * Knowledge of and interest in the DOOH universe. * Understanding of media formats and advertising metrics. * Ability to create visual and persuasive presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides). * Collaborative, creative profile with attention to detail. Will be a plus: * Previous experience in media companies, advertising agencies, or advertiser companies. * Knowledge in data analysis and performance reporting. * Experience with integrated projects involving TV, digital, and out-of-home media.
