Oversee and control the company’s logistics operations, ensuring adherence to shipping, delivery, and receipt deadlines. Monitor logistics KPIs, including delivery lead time, freight cost, service level, returns, damages, losses, and operational productivity. Analyze logistics costs and propose improvements to reduce expenses related to transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and rework. Monitor the performance of carriers, logistics operators, and fulfillment partners. Serve as the liaison between internal departments such as customer support, sales, marketplaces, finance, procurement, and inventory. Identify bottlenecks in logistics operations and propose action plans for continuous improvement. Oversee product intake, outbound shipment, storage, picking, dispatch, and returns. Ensure accurate updates of information across systems, spreadsheets, ERPs, and sales platforms. Support demand planning, stock replenishment, and product distribution among distribution centers (DCs), marketplaces, and sales channels. Analyze inventory discrepancies, stalled orders, orders without tracking, delayed deliveries, and carrier-related incidents. Create and monitor operational reports to support decision-making. Standardize logistics processes, document routines, and train the team on operational best practices. Proactively prevent stockouts, delays, losses, additional costs, and customer service issues. **Requirements We Seek:** Prior experience in e-commerce or a similar administrative environment. Experience issuing NF-e (electronic invoices). Strong organizational skills, agility, and exceptional attention to detail. Good communication skills for interacting with carriers and distribution centers (DCs). Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. **Nice-to-Haves:** Familiarity with dispatch procedures and administrative logistics routines. ERP knowledge and understanding of integrations. Familiarity with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee). Experience using carrier portals (Correios/Jadlog/Loggi/Sequoia): tracking and opening PIs (Incident Reports).
