




The Junior Accounting Analyst is responsible for executing and analyzing accounting routines, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial closing for the group’s companies, SPEs (Special Purpose Entities), and real estate developments, in compliance with applicable accounting standards, corporate legislation, and tax regulations specific to each company, segment, and tax regime. Responsibilities: * Meet the accounting closing schedule and deliver accounting and tax obligations; * Ensure accounting bookkeeping in accordance with CPCs (Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements), applicable standards, and current legislation; * Perform accounting reconciliations and analyze account variances; * Prepare and issue individual and consolidated financial statements; * Control fixed assets, provisions, and contingencies; * Calculate and control taxes on revenue and withholding taxes at source; * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and transparency; * Monitor POC (Percentage-of-Completion), incurred costs, and revenue recognition; * Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations, implementing necessary adjustments; * Prepare, register, and manage corporate documents (minutes, shareholder agreements, Annual General Meetings, and Commercial Registry); * Deliver ancillary tax obligations (ECD, ECF, EFDs, DCTF, DIMOB, among others); * Prepare analyses and managerial reports to support decision-making. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration; * Experience in corporate and financial accounting; * Experience in construction cost accounting and real estate development; * Experience with CPC standards applicable to the construction industry; * Accounting reconciliations and monthly closing; * Basic knowledge of tax and corporate legislation; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience with Sienge ERP; * Experience delivering tax and ancillary obligations.
