The professional will perform **sales via phone and WhatsApp**, serving customers seeking technical support services at our franchises. **Responsibilities and duties:** * Conduct sales via WhatsApp and phone, focusing on converting customers seeking technical repair services. * Attend and qualify leads, understanding their needs and presenting the best repair solutions. * Negotiate prices, deadlines, and terms, ensuring a fast, clear, and efficient customer service experience. * Follow up the in-store service process until the sale is closed, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Maintain records of interactions and results in internal systems, contributing to monitoring goals, team performance indicators, and results. * Maintain constant contact with the franchise unit to update services and pricing tables. * Contact suppliers to verify part availability and updated pricing. * Lead weekly meetings with the marketing agency, aligning strategies to optimize campaigns, increase lead generation performance, and ensure higher conversion rates. **Requirements:** * Experience in phone and WhatsApp sales * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Passion for technology and design **Preferred:** Experience in call centers and telesales is desirable. **Work Location (On-site):** * Office in Rio Tavares **What we offer:** * Loft training programs and development paths * Collaborative, air-conditioned workspace without dress code * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance, parking **Additional Information:** * Workload: 44 hours per week * Monday to Friday from 09:30 AM to 7:20 PM (1 hour lunch break), except for occasional trips scheduled according to the flexible working hours policy * Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
