




**Activities:** * Conduct market research and analyses to identify demographic characteristics, needs, challenges, and common behaviors of customers most likely to benefit from the offered solution; * Generate leads using Big Data tools and other opportunity-generation strategies, employing inbound and outbound tactics; * Build a sales funnel mapping the stages of the customer journey—from awareness to decision—enabling the sales team to understand where each lead is in the buying process and adapt their approaches accordingly; * Maintain detailed records of all interactions with leads and opportunities, tracking the progress of each and scheduling follow-ups as needed; * Perform customer service-related activities, providing necessary information and support to optimize sales results through personalized and efficient approaches; * Conduct product or service demonstrations, when applicable, highlighting functionality and how they address customer needs; * Keep departmental process descriptions up to date, recording information clearly and accurately to ensure operational efficiency; * Report results and metrics to Commercial Supervision through detailed reports that contribute to performance evaluation; * Stay updated on market trends and developments, as well as on competing products and services, to provide accurate information to customers; * Propose the implementation or enhancement of processes and techniques related to the area, aiming for continuous improvement and goal achievement; * Participate in training and professional development to enhance sales skills and stay updated on the company’s products and services; * Carry out all activities according to leadership-defined guidelines and priorities, adhering to organizational standards and procedures with quality and safety; * Perform other job-related tasks at the supervisor’s discretion. **Requirements:** * Experience in commercial areas, pre-sales, or lead prospecting; * Knowledge of sales funnels and customer journey; * Experience with inbound and outbound strategies; * Experience with CRM and recording interactions/follow-ups; * Strong communication, organization, and results orientation; * Ability to analyze data and report commercial metrics. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with sales automation; * Experience structuring sales funnels; * Knowledge of consultative selling and negotiation; * Experience with market and competitive analysis. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday until 5:00 PM, with a 1:00-hour break
