The Finance team is looking for a Financial Coordinator. Acting professionally, transparently, and ethically, our analysts position themselves as internal facilitators and must therefore pay close attention, communicate clearly and directly, commit fully to all processes, focus on results, and above all, show passion and dedication. **In this role, your main challenges will be:** * Technically coordinate the team, monitoring, controlling, and guiding various stages of financial, administrative, accounting, and tax operations processes. * Coordinate departmental financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and treasury. * Ensure the preparation and updating of cash flow statements, identifying risks and opportunities. * Conduct and coordinate monthly review and audit activities of financial data (entries, processes, activities, etc.), which impact ESSS’s accounting (tax and accounting aspects—IFRS). * Prepare financial analyses and management reports to support decision-making. * Coordinate the calculation of monthly and annual taxes (sales revenue, income, withheld taxes, import duties, etc.). * Coordinate the preparation of tax and accounting declarations and obligations; * Coordinate periodic and annual accounting closing activities for the ESSS Group, ensuring compliance with current accounting standards and procedures (Provisional Trial Balances, Annual Financial Statements (Balance Sheet/Income Statement/Cash Flow Statement/etc.), Sales Declarations and others, Consolidated Group Accounting Closing, etc); * Act as the primary point of contact between Finance and the Commercial team, ensuring quick responses and clear guidance on financial processes. * Support the commercial team in analyzing commercial terms, pricing policies, payment methods, and financial feasibility of proposals. * Monitor the customer portfolio together with the Commercial team to mitigate default risks and support credit recovery strategies. * Lead, develop, and supervise the finance team, ensuring appropriate task distribution, technical guidance, performance evaluation, continuous process improvement, and alignment with organizational goals. ### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Previous experience in financial routines and/or treasury. * Solid experience in the field; * Advanced Excel skills; * Advanced English proficiency. ### **Desirable Qualifications:** * ERP knowledge (RM-TOTVS preferred); * Spanish language skills. ### **In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer:** * Flexible benefits card (Food, Mobility, Culture, Health, Home-Office) provided via SWILE card; * Health insurance with full coverage for employees and no co-payment (Bradesco - National); * Partnerships with TotalPass and Vittude (payment must be made via credit card, not available through Swile); * Incentives for continued education through courses, training, specializations, and language assistance. * Hybrid work model combining remote and in-office activities (2 remote days); * Extended maternity and paternity leave, among other benefits. *All benefits mentioned above are provided according to ESSS internal policies and the specific requirements of each position.*### **About ESSS** ESSS has gained international acclaim by providing a comprehensive range of numerical simulation solutions to over 500 companies in sectors such as oil and gas, aerospace, mining, automotive, and energy.
