Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Analyst to manage cash flow, monitor budget vs. actuals, control accounts payable and receivable, and support accounting closing. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic cash flow and financial management 2. Variance analysis and proposal of corrective actions 3. Support in accounting closing and management reporting We are looking for a Financial Analyst to strengthen our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * Cash flow management, including daily monitoring of receipts and payments * Budget vs. actuals tracking, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions * Control of accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and tax withholdings (ISS, INSS, IRRF) * Payment scheduling and verification * Bank reconciliation and validation of financial transactions * Support in accounting closing and preparation of management reports * Liaison with the accounting department to ensure resolution of pending items **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics * Prior experience in finance * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with ERP systems (Sienge, Totvs, or similar) * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills * Experience with the Sienge system **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of cost accounting * Experience in auditing or controllership * Experience in the civil construction or real estate development sector Note: This position requires on-site work at Lagoa da Conceição. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * R$ 1.020,00 on the Caju card (flexible benefits) * Health insurance with no monthly fee * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary Range: R$3.500,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work on-site at Lagoa da Conceição? * How many years of experience do you have in the finance sector?
