We seek an analytical, planning-oriented individual who enjoys numbers and spreadsheets and is eager to grow — someone relentlessly pursuing technical knowledge while remaining open to personal development; resilient, proactive, driven by challenges, and ready to join our team! **Prior experience in startups or technology companies is a strong advantage!** **Key Responsibilities** * Full management of Accounts Receivable * Recurring and non-recurring billing (SaaS model and contracts) * Issuance of NF\-e and NFS\-e, tax verification, and fiscal validation * Control of product shipments linked to billing * Financial customer support and service * Delinquency analysis and receivables performance indicators * Oversight and execution of collections * Control of cancellations, churn, and retention * Monthly revenue and billing reviews * Contract review and validation * Bank reconciliations * Accounting classification and verification * Support for monthly accounting close (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) * Cost center control * Management reports and SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC) * Interface with Customer Success/Support and Sales teams * Document organization for external accounting **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or Financial Management * Minimum 3 years of experience in finance * Experience in collections and credit analysis * Knowledge of NF\-e and NFS\-e issuance * Knowledge of accounting routines (reconciliation, accounting classification, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet) * Familiarity with SaaS metrics * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Experience with financial ERP systems * Must reside in Florianópolis **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in startups or technology companies * Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost centers * Knowledge of CAC, LTV, Payback, and financial KPIs * Basic understanding of tax legislation applicable to services and technology **We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:** * Organized and detail-oriented; * Analytical and numbers-focused; * Proactive and responsible; * Capable of thriving in evolving, early-stage environments; * Open to continuous learning and personal development; * Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills. **Employment Terms** * Employment Type: **CLT** * Work Model: **On-site** * Location: Cacupé – Florianópolis * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Salary: To be discussed **Benefits** * Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 55 per day (approx.
