Our client operates in the high-end Building Materials sector located in Florianópolis / SC. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** The e-Commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company's digital channel operations and strategies, acting in the following key areas: **Advertising and Platform Management:** Monitor advertisement performance on digital platforms and marketplaces, ensuring proper product positioning and price competitiveness. **Team Management:** Supervise team activities, providing feedback and guidance for the professional development of assistants and analysts. **Digital Marketing Agency Management:** Collaborate with the partner agency in planning and implementing advertising campaigns, ensuring actions are aligned with the company's business objectives. **\*\*Order and Logistics Management:** \*\* Track orders across platforms and delivery performance, guaranteeing a positive customer experience. **Sales and KPI Monitoring:** Analyze daily sales and key metrics (ROI, conversion rate, among others), proposing improvements based on results achieved. **Paid Media Investment Management:** Control advertising spending, adjusting strategies according to performance to maximize results. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Administration, or Marketing. **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree related to the field.
