If you have a special ability to turn **complex data into insights** that people truly want to use, we'd love to meet you. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your Role Within the CX Team:** You will play a key role in supporting the data\-driven culture of the department, being responsible for giving voice to our customers through data. You will work from data collection and processing to creating dashboards and reports that monitor key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES). Your work will provide the necessary evidence for CX and Operations teams to make strategic decisions ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Project Responsibilities:** * Collect, clean, and process data from various sources related to the customer journey and company operations, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency for analysis. * Analyze and cross-reference data daily within the Customer Voice Program and CX projects. * Monitor daily the NPS (Net Promoter Score), the company's main metric, and other drivers such as CES / CSAT, including their survey distribution and accuracy data. * Cross operational performance indicators with CX indicators. * Contribute to the creation, review, and maintenance of recurring and ad hoc survey distributions. * Create and maintain dashboards and reports that transform complex data into actionable information for the CX team and store operations, logistics, and backoffice. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as technology, data, sales, operations, processes, and design in analyzing and monitoring customer data across the company. * Document processes, metric definitions, analytical criteria, and deliverables. * Produce presentations with clear, data-driven storytelling. * Monitor and respond to team requests. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in exact sciences (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields) or related areas. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle, consolidate, and interpret data for decision-making. * Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation. * Advanced Excel knowledge for quick analyses *(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc)*. * Experience with PowerBI/Tableau or other data visualization tools. * Methodological knowledge of data modeling \- understanding how databases work *(dimensions, filter context, row context, calendar tables, and how different data tables are joined, etc)*. * Knowledge of ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data, performing full data cleaning to ensure 100% accuracy and reliability of datasets before analysis. * Ability to work in agile and dynamic environments, quickly adapting to changes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Data visualization (dataviz) knowledge. * Familiarity with CX metrics (NPS, CES, CSAT, etc). * Experience with NPS programs and CX tools such as Qualtrics or Medallia. * Knowledge of Databricks *(creating notebooks, queries/views, etc)*. * Basic/intermediate Python: ability to perform small data analyses, automate tasks, and conduct ETL. * Predictive modeling knowledge for risk forecasting. **Additional Information** **What we offer to Portobello Lovers:** * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Holiday bonus; * Pharmacy subsidy; * Support for dependents with disabilities; * Wellhub (well-being platform); * Birthday month day off; * Discount on Portobello product purchases; * Discount network \- partnerships with various institutions; * Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Aprende Shop (online learning platform); * Professional Training and Development Programs. **Work Location:** Florianópolis/SC We look forward to your application to become a **\#portobellolover** *All our positions are also open to candidates with disabilities.* **SINCE 1998, WE'VE GROWN WITH THE SAME PURPOSE: TRANSFORMING ENVIRONMENTS AND MOVING PEOPLE** We are Portobello Shop, the retail brand of Portobello Group.
