Join this team and take the first step toward a successful future. **Responsibilities** * Provide multichannel customer service (telephone, WhatsApp, email) to multipliers, consultants, licensees, sales supervisors, and sales coordinators regarding inquiries and guidance; * Receive and verify customer documentation (individual or corporate) submitted by the applicant, following the checklist provided by the department; * Analyze the customer’s history with the administrator, payment compliance, number of shares, and credit amount; * Evaluate the asset offered as collateral, based on credit policies; * Prepare a credit opinion after analyzing the documentation of all parties involved and verifying income proof, for submission to the credit committee; * Calculate financial commitment ratio using income verification documents; * Ensure, through credit analysis, the customer’s ability to repay; * Monitor the status of the process via the administrator’s internal system; * Contact the applicant to communicate the credit analysis opinion; Monitor the credit release process until payment and provide support to the applicant throughout the customer journey. * ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Customer service experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of credit policies, laws, and resolutions applicable to the consortium sector; Analytical skills; Experience in credit analysis; Knowledge of credit policies; Experience in credit approval; Completed undergraduate degree. ### **BENEFITS** Salary advance Medical assistance Dental assistance Christmas basket Profit-sharing program (PLR) Life insurance Fuel allowance Meal voucher Transportation voucher Food allowance Career development plan ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract type:** CLT
