Location: Centro, Florianópolis – SC Work Model: On-site **What will you do daily?** Maintain and develop relationships with active customers, ensuring personalized and ongoing service; Identify and approach potential customers, expanding the contact base and exploring new business opportunities; Make strategic calls to strengthen relationships, understand needs, and reactivate inactive customers; Monitor order status, ensuring all stages—from request to delivery—proceed as expected; Present the company and commercial terms to potential and existing customers; Ensure post-purchase customer satisfaction, resolve any issues, and seek opportunities for repurchase or loyalty. **What are we looking for in you?** Completed undergraduate degree; Experience in commercial operations, sales, customer service, and prospecting new business; Ability to identify improvements, propose solutions, and anticipate customer needs; Strong interpersonal skills when engaging with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating empathy, persuasion, and collaboration; Clarity and assertiveness in verbal and written communication; Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while respecting deadlines and priorities; Ability to handle challenges, market pressures, and objections; Cooperation and flexibility to work collaboratively across different company departments; Focus on goals, performance, and continuous improvement of commercial metrics;
