Workgente specializes in people and process management solutions, offering tools to optimize human resources and organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Conduct end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees. Administer all HR department activities, including payroll, benefits, and legal responsibilities. Design and implement training and development programs. Mediate labor relations and resolve conflicts, while promoting initiatives to strengthen the organizational environment and culture.
