Cassol Centerlar is a retail network specialized in construction and decoration materials. With multiple stores, it offers a wide range of products to meet its customers' needs. **Responsibilities:** Design and implement internal campaigns and actions that strengthen employee engagement and organizational climate. Produce content for communication channels (email, bulletin boards, intranet, newsletters, internal social networks, etc.). Support events, commemorative dates, and initiatives that reinforce the company's culture and values. Collaborate with different departments, connecting people and fostering a sense of belonging. Monitor results and propose new ideas to make communication more approachable and effective.
