Job Objective Install new environments, perform updates, configure systems, and load data into the company’s developed systems, ensuring that development, testing, and production environments are ready and functioning properly to support business operations. Job Details **Work Location:** On-site in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, Florianópolis, SC **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 **Hierarchical Level:** Junior Responsibilities Install and configure the tool, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with customer requirements; Ensure application availability after updates by verifying functionality and performance; Conduct testing with customers and partners, collecting feedback for adjustments prior to final deployment; Analyze incidents during UAT and Go-Live, identifying defects and proposing fixes; Execute scripts for automated testing to ensure quality before release; Update and configure platform reports, adjusting fields, filters, and layouts; Train customers and users on tool usage, providing initial support; Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues; Perform other duties related to this role. Desirable Qualifications Technical or undergraduate studies in Information Technology or related fields (in progress or completed).
