Job Summary:
HR Payroll Analyst to manage HR department routines, legal obligations and compliance, and support HR in various activities.

HR Department Routines: \- Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes.\- Manage payroll processing in coordination with accounting/outsourced providers.\- Verify salary, vacation, 13th-month bonus, termination, labor charges, and benefit calculations.\- Manage electronic timekeeping systems, hour banks, and overtime.\- Track vacations, leaves of absence, and licenses.\- Administer benefits (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health insurance, etc.).\- Address employee inquiries regarding labor-related matters.Legal Obligations and Compliance: \- Submit and verify eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, and other statutory obligations.\- Organize labor documentation and employee files.\- Support audits, inspections, and labor litigation processes.\- Ensure compliance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.HR Support: \- Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.\- Assist in developing and maintaining internal policies and procedures.\- Monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, payroll costs).\- Support organizational climate initiatives and internal communication.\- Interface with accounting and finance departments for accruals.\- Support document organization and controls within the internal system (SkilLab).

Preferred Qualifications:
* ERP system experience (Senior).
* Experience working with outsourced accounting.
* Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
* Experience in industrial companies or B2B environments.
