Responsible for assembling and finalizing persuasive sales-oriented videos. An editor with strong technical proficiency, capable of editing with rhythm and creativity, delivering VSLs with almost zero errors and requiring minimal additional direction. This professional will collaborate closely with the copywriting team to transform sales copy into impactful videos. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, AI platforms, aesthetic sensitivity, execution agility, understanding of mental triggers applied to the VSL format, and the ability to propose visual improvements based on performance metrics are essential. * Assemble VSLs based on scripts and pre\-defined visual guidelines. * Download professionally recorded footage from the production company. * Edit with strategic pacing, intelligent cuts, and transitions that enhance engagement and conversion. * Perform color grading, audio adjustments, and framing as needed. * Create dynamic cuts, zooms, and strategic emphasis techniques to maintain audience engagement. * Use basic text animations, transitions, soundtracks, inserts, and graphic elements that reinforce the copy's narrative. * Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows (e.g., deepfake, avatars, voice cloning, character generation, background creation, audio enhancement, and supplementary montage generation). * Upload the finalized video to Vturb. * Monitor AI trends in the video editing market, bring references, trends, and novel approaches. * Support new editors on the team as a mentor, providing guidance on minor questions during their initial adaptation phase. * Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative solutions. * Attend demand-tracking meetings. * Ensure on-time delivery with high technical quality and organized file management.
