Desirable: * Navisworks; * Prevision; Required Knowledge and Skills: * Communication; * Proactivity; * Leadership; * Engagement; * Analytical skills; What awaits you in your day-to-day: * Coordinate the development of executive and legal projects and ensure progress within established deadlines, guaranteeing quality, compliance with technical standards and legal requirements; * Manage and analyze projects during pre- and post-launch phases; * Ensure necessary communication for proper project development and construction execution with interfacing areas (Legal Projects, Products, Budgeting, Quality, and Construction); * Coordinate multidisciplinary projects (architectural, structural, installations, landscaping, interiors, etc.) throughout all project development stages; * Conduct critical project analysis, evaluating technical, functional, aesthetic, financial, and constructability aspects at every stage of project development; * Request and monitor technical studies throughout all project phases to identify cost-effective solutions; * Identify risks and conduct risk and opportunity analyses; * Prepare technical briefs and guidelines for project development; * Review and provide feedback on sales materials: images, models, humanized floor plans; * Provide necessary information for preliminary and executive budget development; * Hire project design teams; * Evaluate contracted designers; * Develop and manage project schedules; * Prepare the Descriptive Report and validate it with stakeholders; * Arrange and follow up with the legalization department for project approvals; 2510290202531555908
