To join our team, the following are essential: * Reside in Florianópolis * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Previous experience in sales, business management, and customer relationship management is required; * Must have a personal vehicle and a valid category B driver's license; What awaits you on a day-to-day basis:* Work within high-value condominiums, prospecting new clients for Claro product sales (fixed and mobile); * Increase profitability from clients already using Claro products by offering additional company services, especially mobile plans or upgrades to their current offerings; * Retain and secure high-value condominium clients by delivering a differentiated market experience; * Manage a pre-established portfolio of condominiums, being fully responsible for all sales, quality, and customer base indicators; * Maintain strong relationships with the company’s support, technical, and sales teams; * Conduct on-site shifts at condominiums aimed at increasing sales and strengthening customer loyalty; * Provide emergency support to your portfolio of condominiums when necessary; * Execute marketing initiatives within your assigned condominium portfolio. 2511160202461269613
