Responsibilities and Duties **Industrial & Operational Costs** Calculation of direct and indirect production costs. Analysis of cost structure (raw materials, labor, energy, maintenance, logistics, etc.). Cost control per product, cost center, and production process. Periodic updates of technical specifications and BOM (Bill of Materials). Identification of variances and cost reduction opportunities. **Budgeting & Financial Control** Participation in annual budget planning (OPEX/Capex). Budget monitoring and tracking versus actuals with monthly variance analysis. Preparation of financial forecasts and scenario simulations. Active role as budget guardian, ensuring spending compliance and efficiency. **Power BI, Data & KPIs** Development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards providing executive and operational visibility. Consolidation, processing, and analysis of financial and production data. **Reporting & Management Support** Issuance of management reports and economic feasibility analyses. Support to senior management and departments including production, procurement, and sales with analytical insights. Preparation for internal and external audits. Requirements and Qualifications ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields. ✔ Experience in industrial costing and financial/budgetary control. ✔ Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (DAX and data modeling). ✔ ERP knowledge (preferably Totvs). ✔ Skills in forecasting, simulations, and KPIs. ✔ Analytical, critical, and investigative mindset. ✔ Strong ability to handle data and interpret numerical information. ✔ Organized, structured, and results-oriented. ✔ Detail-oriented, precise, and focused on continuous improvement.
