Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, proposal negotiation, freight quotation preparation, and coordination of pickup and shipment issuance. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of pickup and shipment issuance Responsible for serving customers prospectively identified by internal and external sales executives regarding freight quotation discussions; contacting customers for proposal negotiation and closing. * Customer service emphasizing website origin and phone calls. Responsible for preparing quotations and negotiating with partner agents for pickup, delivery, and shipment services from airline companies, seeking optimal cost-benefit for the customer. Responsible for issuing pickups based on approved quotations, contacting bases to dispatch vehicles. Responsible for reviewing supplementary memos generated due to discrepancies. Responding to Finance regarding shipments that incurred deviations from quoted amounts and relaying such information to customers.
