We seek retail managers with business acumen, a results-driven mindset, and strong operational presence. **Your Responsibilities:** Support planning and ensure execution of the store’s strategy; Lead and develop the team of associates and leaders, setting clear goals and focusing on performance; Be present in daily operations, ensuring standards, quality, and excellence in customer service; Monitor KPIs (sales, margin, losses, turnover) and act swiftly to improve results; Resolve day-to-day situations with firmness, ethics, and decisiveness. **Reporting Structure:** **Reports to:** Store Manager and Operations Director. **Team Leadership:** Supervisors and Store Leaders. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and/or Business Management are desirable; Proven experience as Retail Manager or Assistant Manager; Experience managing by KPIs (sales, margin, losses, shrinkage, inventory, and turnover); Experience in team management and development; Operational profile with willingness to engage directly in daily store activities; Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge of retail ERP systems (experience with Consinco is a plus); Flexibility in working hours; **Working Hours:** 12:00 – 21:30, Monday to Friday; Saturdays and holidays according to schedule; NO WORK ON SUNDAYS **Work Location:** Matriz Centro Store – Florianópolis – SC. **Salary:** Competitive + Benefits
