Job Summary: Professional responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment, including hydraulic, electrical, and air conditioning systems. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary maintenance (hydraulic, electrical, air conditioning) 2. Preparation of IT infrastructure and network cabling 3. Management of battery, UPS, and generator maintenance Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on company units and external locations designated by the Group's Executive Board, covering hydraulic, electrical, painting, and air\-conditioning systems, as well as general equipment, through identification of infrastructure issues and requests from managers; * Prepare IT area infrastructure by performing computer network cabling and installing communication racks; * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on batteries, UPS units, and generators through periodic technical inspections and supervision of third-party companies during technical visits; * Assist with building and equipment maintenance at units when necessary, by performing targeted services and covering for absent team members; * Procure appropriate maintenance and gardening materials and spare parts through quotation and authorization by the Assets Department; * Contribute to preserving all company equipment and tools through proper usage and secure, appropriate storage. * Report correct maintenance materials and services through quotation and authorization by the Assets Department; * Completed Technical High School in Electrical Engineering, General Maintenance, or related fields * Required / Preferred * NR10 Certification; * Knowledge of UPS systems; * Knowledge of telephone and computer networks; * Training in maintenance (hydraulic, electrical); * Preferred \- Preventive maintenance experience in air\-conditioning systems Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
