Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and support management **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:** Armant is seeking a **Branch Manager** with a mature, organized, and highly responsible profile to serve as the operational and administrative arm of Engineering at its Santa Catarina branch. This professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination among construction sites, maintenance (PMOC), suppliers, teams, and Management, guaranteeing control, standardization, and operational predictability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the branch as the primary responsible person after Management * Organize all technical documentation * Monitor schedules and pending items per project * Directly support Engineering Management * Conduct ongoing follow-up with suppliers and teams * Ensure process standards for construction and maintenance * Organize technical agendas and priorities * Support technical visits when necessary * Serve as Management's local point of contact at the SC branch * Contribute to continuous process improvement **Professional Experience:** * Construction and/or maintenance * Technical documentation organization * Control of spreadsheets, schedules, and pending items * Ongoing follow-up * Interface with suppliers, teams, and clients * Technical-administrative support to management **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in HVAC construction projects * Experience in technical offices, construction companies, or engineering firms * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands * Experience in team coordination or supporting team coordination **General Information:** * **Work Location:** SC Unit * **Employment Type:** On-site * **Willingness to Travel** * **Availability:** Travel when required * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Electrical Technology, Technical Course * Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * High School (Secondary Education) Languages: * Portuguese (Native) Driver's License: B
