With an encouraging and supportive work environment, R2T strives to ensure that its employees learn to function as one unified family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional growth for our staff, and corporate recognition. **Responsibilities:** Work with optical fiber and provide on-site technical support to customers, performing installations or repairs at customer access points/networks for voice (telephone), broadband, and TV services, as well as across external and internal telecommunications networks; configure equipment and devices. **Requirements:** **Must have personal or third-party vehicle for work purposes;** Prior experience with optical fiber is required; Completed high school education; Valid driver’s license (Category B) and up-to-date vehicle documentation. **Salary + 30% Hazard Pay** **Variable Compensation (CIV):** Average R$ 500.00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 24.50 per day; Medical and dental assistance; Vehicle leasing: Between R$ 1,012.00 and R$ 1,060.00 (depending on vehicle manufacturing year); Fuel allowance; Hazard pay (30% of base salary); Working hours: 44 hours per week; Employment regime: Permanent CLT contract. **We value diversity, so we want you in our team!
