Focus on optimizing results and customer satisfaction. #### **About the Position:** Manage and coordinate all operational and administrative activities of the store, ensuring achievement of established targets and sales, defined profit margins, and optimal inventory turnover for each product. Manage the entire store staff, resolve customer issues, and administer store assets. The manager will be responsible for maintaining daily communication with department supervisors, ensuring team alignment, and implementing effective management strategies for unit success.
