Job Summary: Responsible for leading and optimizing production planning and control, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines across all stages of the production process. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve processes. **About the Role** Responsible for leading and optimizing production planning and control, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines across all stages of the production process. Responsibilities span from fabric cutting at the factory to final product completion with third-party suppliers, with an emphasis on strategically integrating internal and external operations aligned with company objectives. **Responsibilities** People Management: lead and develop the PCP team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Strategic Planning: analyze demand, calculate lead times, and develop schedules aligned with production and distribution priorities. Supplier Management: supervise and monitor outsourced activities, ensuring quality and adherence to agreed deadlines. Production Chain Improvement: identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance processes across all stages, from cutting to final finishing. Cross-functional Integration: actively collaborate with Style and Product Quality teams, as well as other departments, to ensure strategic and operational alignment. KPI Analysis: monitor production KPIs and propose actions to improve operational performance. **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields; Experience managing PCP functions in apparel manufacturing companies or similar sectors; Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation and insight generation; Proficiency in process management systems and Excel (advanced level); Experience in team leadership and supplier negotiation; Knowledge of textile production flows, including cutting, subcontracting, laundry, printing, and finishing; Ability to lead continuous improvement projects; Experience with BI tools (QlikView, VA TOTVS, Power BI).
