Involvement in engineering and technological control An engineering and technological control company is hiring a **Soil, Concrete, and Asphalt Laboratory Technician** to work in Curitiba/PR. The professional will be responsible for performing and controlling laboratory and field tests, ensuring material quality and compliance with current technical standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct soil tests (e.g., particle size analysis, Proctor compaction, CBR, in-situ density); * Perform concrete tests (e.g., slump test, casting and breaking of test specimens, compressive strength, on-site technological control); * Conduct asphalt material tests (e.g., bitumen content, aggregate gradation, Marshall test, extraction, compaction, mixing plant and application control); * Collect field samples according to technical standards; * Prepare technical reports and test records; * Monitor concrete placements and asphalt pavement applications; * Ensure compliance with ABNT standards and other technical specifications; * Guide and supervise junior laboratory technicians and assistants. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven prior work experience as a soil, concrete, and asphalt laboratory technician (documented in employment record); * Demonstrated experience in laboratory and field testing; * Knowledge of applicable technical standards; * Completed high school education; * Availability for fieldwork; * Driver’s license category B. **Desired Profile:** * Organized and detail-oriented; * Committed to deadlines and quality; * Proactive and technically responsible; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
