




Job Summary: Conduct inspections of real estate assets, both new and used, analyzing features and conditions of preservation, and recording detailed information for reports, as well as training new inspectors. Opportunity to train and supervise new inspectors **Main responsibilities for this role include:** * Efficiently, accurately, and reliably conduct inspections of real estate assets, analyzing features and conditions of preservation/functionality of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; * Identify and observe materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items; * Test equipment, identify damages, and verify functionality and general environmental conditions; * During exit inspections, perform meticulous comparisons based on reports and documents; * Record collected information in detailed textual format with photos for inspection report generation via a tablet application; * Verify repairs and discrepancies; * Train and supervise new inspectors. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Valid driver's license; * Personal vehicle (car or preferably motorcycle); * Android smartphone. **Skills and Competencies:** * Clear and concise written and oral communication; * Systems thinking; * Results orientation; * Leadership.
