Job Summary: Responsible for quoting, negotiating, and tracking component orders, interacting with suppliers and engineering to ensure project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. **Main Responsibilities:** Request quotations from PCI and component suppliers; Analyze and process quotations; Assess whether lead time meets project requirements; Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms; Clarify technical questions with Engineering, as needed; Submit purchase orders to suppliers; Confirm order receipt and commercial terms; Track order delivery dates with suppliers; Confirm material shipment and, if required, coordinate with freight carriers; for imported goods, liaise with the import specialist; **We Are Looking For:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel and intermediate English are advantageous; Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities; Dynamic and proactive personality; Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
