Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant for a dealership in Curitiba/PR, responsible for vehicle billing, issuing invoices, and supporting financial reporting. Key Highlights: 1. New and used vehicle billing 2. Issuance and control of electronic invoices 3. Support in preparing billing reports We are looking for a Billing Assistant to join the team of a renowned dealership in Curitiba/PR. Main Responsibilities: • Process billing for new and used vehicles, verifying invoices, amounts, and taxes; • Issue, archive, and control electronic invoices (NF\-e) and bills; • Monitor billing pending items with sales and finance departments; • Verify sales documents and update customer records; • Support preparation of billing reports and metrics; • Liaise with banks and financing institutions for billing releases; • Perform administrative tasks related to the area. Requirements: • Prior experience in this role, preferably in the automotive sector. • Technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable. • Basic knowledge of electronic invoices (NF\-e), CFOP, taxes, and management systems.
