Positions available for 6x1 rotating schedules, various shifts (shifts disclosed in a later stage of the selection process; for some shifts, the company provides Uber rides due to lack of public transportation). Training period (already remunerated and under CLT contract) during the first month = Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:20 PM (availability for this schedule during the first month is required). Job Activities: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and/or email, in accordance with internal and/or external demands, consistent with service and quality standards. Process customer orders, payments, and invoices. Verify and resolve customer concerns. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Completed High School Education.
