Job Summary: Occupational Safety Technician to conduct inspections, prepare documentation, deliver training, and investigate accidents at construction sites and client locations. Key Highlights: 1. Advantage in civil construction and experience with outsourcing companies. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct safety inspections at construction sites and client locations * Prepare Risk Analysis (APR) and Work Permits * Deliver training sessions and onboarding programs * Investigate accidents and propose corrective actions * Monitor PPE distribution and usage * Prepare technical reports * Support the organization of legal documentation **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety * Active registration * Knowledge of NRs * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency * Availability for external visits * Driver's license category B **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in civil construction or industrial assembly * Knowledge of NR\-10, NR\-18, NR\-33, and NR\-35 * Experience with outsourcing companies **Desired Profile** * Proactivity * Strong communication skills with operational teams * Organizational skills * Firm yet respectful demeanor * Sense of urgency Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
