Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, attentive, and courteous doorman to work on security and organization within the condominium, controlling access, monitoring activities, and providing service. Key Highlights: 1. Control access and ensure condominium security 2. Monitor security cameras and record incidents 3. Provide courteous service to residents We are looking for a responsible, attentive, and courteous professional to serve as a Doorman, ensuring the security and organization of the condominium. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel; * Identify and register visitors; * Answer intercoms to authorize access; * Receive and log mail and packages; * Monitor security cameras (CCTV); * Control gate opening and closing; * Safeguard condominium security; * Record incidents in the system; * Provide courteous service to residents. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role; * Basic computer skills; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor; * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; **Preferences:** * Training in doorman duties or access control. * Experience in residential/commercial condominiums. **Competencies:** * Courtesy; * Discretion; * Proactivity; * Punctuality; * Organization; * Ability to handle adverse situations.
