Support for internal systems and operational routines We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to serve as an **Operations Assistant**, directly contributing to the customer service workflow and service execution of the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide telephone and digital channel support to customers, insurance companies, and drivers * Schedule and monitor towing services * Support the company's internal system and generate service orders (S.O.) * Initiate and monitor requests with insurance companies * Maintain constant communication with drivers to align operations * Issue invoices and support daily operational routines **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Agility and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Basic computer literacy * Prior experience in customer service and operational routines is a plus **Desired Profile:** We seek a dynamic, responsible professional with strong work ethics, problem-solving ability, and efficiency in maintaining smooth operational workflows.
