If you seek to work with clear operational understanding and have a passion for detail, this is your opportunity to build a solid career with a brand that grows thoughtfully. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Excellence in Welcoming Service:** Serve customers and partners by processing reservations through multiple channels and providing detailed information about services, rates, and policies. * **Process Management and Accuracy:** Register, update, and verify reservations in management systems (PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and GDS). Ensure correct application of rates, policies, and availability adjustments. Manage overbookings, no-shows, and cancellations. * **Strategy and Development:** Identify upselling opportunities and support the Revenue Management team with operational reports and analyses.
