Conduct quotations, tenders, and negotiations with suppliers. Seek optimal commercial terms, pricing, and delivery timelines. Issue purchase orders and monitor contracts. Perform delivery follow-up. Develop and evaluate suppliers. Conduct market research and technical visits. Maintain an updated supplier database. Supervise procurement processes and team. Prepare management reports and support budget planning.
