Develops continuous improvement proposals for fermentation, packaging, utilities, maintenance, and logistics processes, ensuring efficiency, increased productivity, cost reduction, quality, and compliance with established standards. Provides technological, operational, and cost-related solutions for industrial production processes. Focus on PCP (Production Planning and Control) — Prepares and monitors production planning activities; monitors and controls raw material and packaging material inventory levels; creates, analyzes, and maintains production area performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective fulfillment of product demand, aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in process management is an advantage. 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or food industries. **Additional Information** Knowledge of bioprocess engineering principles, fermentation kinetics, filtration and extrusion processes, cooling systems, process control, and instrumentation. Skills in process modeling, simulation, and data analysis. Familiarity with automation and process control systems. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management systems. Ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems creatively. Fluent English and basic Spanish are desirable. If foreign, basic Portuguese language proficiency is required.
