Together, let’s keep being a source of pride! **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute procurement processes for materials and services required for construction projects (structural, finishing, installations, indirects). * Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including requesting quotations, negotiating terms, and conducting supplier approvals. * Monitor delivery deadlines, product quality, and commercial conditions. * Manage contracts, purchase orders, and supply chain performance indicators. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and logistical optimization. * Support construction and engineering teams in consumption forecasting and planning. **Requirements** * Experience in civil construction procurement. * Market knowledge, pricing formation, taxation, and logistics expertise. * Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills. * Ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * **Residence in Londrina or nearby region required**. * Availability for on-site work in the **North Zone of Londrina**. **Desirable:** * Experience with MCMV projects / residential high-rise standards. * Experience in contract management and supplier database administration. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Medical and Dental Assistance * Birthday Day Off **OUR WAY OF BEING AND DOING!** Since 2012, we have fulfilled the dream of homeownership for thousands of people.
