Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing, maintaining, and organizing the department, ensuring proper product display and environmental hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in the preparation and organization of the department for customer service 2. Maintaining product display and organizing the cold room 3. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the department and equipment * Prepare the department to ensure it is fully ready at the start of service hours, assisting the team with cleaning and assembling counters, checking the integrity of department equipment, verifying pricing labels, and assisting with post-counter-organization cleaning of the department. * Maintain product display in the self-service area. * Adhere to the weekly production schedule (marinated and processed meats) and deep-cleaning plan, sanitizing the entire area, machinery, and work tools. * Assist in receiving goods. * Store and organize goods in the cold room. * Assist during audits. * Perform tasks required in the department at store closing time, including cleaning and dismantling counters, sanitizing and powering off equipment.
