Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services on civil installations, ensuring the preservation, safety, and proper functioning of building structures. Performs repairs in masonry, painting, plumbing, flooring, ceilings, and other tasks related to building maintenance. Key responsibilities: Carry out repairs on masonry, plastering, flooring, tiles, doors, and windows; Perform painting, finishing, and minor renovation tasks; Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing and sewage systems; Support maintenance of roofs, gutters, and metal structures; Respond to maintenance requests, documenting and reporting performed activities; Ensure proper care of equipment, tools, and materials under their responsibility; Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. SKILLS / SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES / PROFILE **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing is a plus; Availability for occasional on-call shifts and emergency response.
