Follow safety regulations and internal procedures **JOB OPENING: MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** We are seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities, contributing to the preservation and proper functioning of company facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, painting, minor repairs, and others); * Support the maintenance team as required; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas; * Use tools and equipment correctly; * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * **Technical training in maintenance is desirable**; * Prior experience in this role or similar activities is an advantage; * Basic knowledge of general maintenance; * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment.
