Preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems **Job Description:** We are looking for a Building Maintenance Assistant to perform conservation, repair, and maintenance of building facilities, ensuring proper operation and environmental safety. The professional will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, and other building systems, as well as collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve daily issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, and other building systems. * Perform repairs and minor maintenance works as needed. * Assist in replacing light bulbs, repairing faucets, locks, doors, windows, and other items. * Keep the work area clean and organized after service completion. * Report problems or maintenance needs to the responsible team. * Follow safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in building maintenance or similar field is desirable. * Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. * Proactivity, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills. * Availability to work flexible hours, if necessary. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical course or certification in building maintenance. * Knowledge of minor electrical and plumbing installations. **We Offer:** * Collaborative work environment. * Professional growth opportunity. * Market-competitive benefits.
